When you receive the envelope place your proof document in the envelope, seal and put it back in the mail. Remember, it is a Postage Paid Envelope, which means there is NO COST to you for postage!

Upload Your Proof

If you have an electronic copy (jpeg, bmp, tif, pdf, word file) of your proof document you can upload your proof online.

If you choose this option, after you click Submit Order, you will be taken to the upload page where you will click the browse for file button. This will allow you to find the file on your computer, tablet or phone and upload. After you choose the file, click the Upload button to complete the process.

By Mobile

Send Proof With A Mobile Phone

If you have a mobile phone with a camera, you can take a picture of your proof document and send from the phone using email or upload if you are ordering from the phone.

Email

To send by email, email the picture to [email hidden]. Be sure to include in the email the same contact information as this order including Order ID, name, address, city, state, zip and phone number.

Upload

If you choose to upload the picture, after you click Submit Order, you will be taken to the upload page where you will click the browse for file button. This will allow you to find the file on your computer, tablet or phone and upload. After you choose the file, click the Upload button to complete the process.

Enter your Order ID and all of your contact and order information will be automatically included with your proof.

Webcam

Use Your Webcam

If you have a webcam, you can use it to take a picture of your proof document.

If you choose this option, after you click Submit Order, you will be taken to the webcam page where you will be able to take a picture of the proof document using your webcam.
