Budget Mobile Lifeline offers government assisted wireless services to low income families and individuals in Maryland. Qualified customers will receive a free cell phone and 250 free minutes every month. We offer Lifeline discounts to qualified Maryland customers who meet certain eligibly requirements such as government assistance or a household income that is 135% below the federal poverty level.
